The Rockwood 70C.28 aluminum push plate has four beveled edges and a clear anodized finish (Rockwood/BHSM number US28/628) and protects a door when being opened. The beveled edges provide a finished look. The push plate meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A156.6: J301 specifications. It measures 16" high x 4" wide x 0.050" thick, and it includes six mounting holes with #6 x 5/8" oval head sheet metal screws for attaching the push plate to a door.

This is a very sturdy and solid piece. I would have liked to recommend it based on such. However, it arrived with numerous scrapes and scratches, which detract from the aesthetics. Similar products I have gotten in the past have a protective seal over the finish, which is peeled-off prior to installation. This did not, and thus the damage. I do no have time to return the product. So, I will take steel wool to it and it will become a heavily brushed aluminum piece.
