It took me far too long to get this set up. Though the instruction manual was decently written, I ended up going to their YouTube channel and watching and rewatching the setup video to get it set up.Binding the tracker was not an easy process. I found that putting the SIM card in after you turned it on worked best and like it says, make sure it’s seated well if you’re having trouble.Once I got the tracker connected to my phone, it was time to put the tracker on the silicone pad. The pad is far too large and clunky and my dog not like it. I tried to buy two different collars and just connected the tracker to the new collars, but the openings are far too little and only seem to fit the strap it came for. If you look at other trackers, the openings to connect or slip onto a leash or harness are far bigger.In future iterations of this product, hopefully they will make the openings larger and the silicone pad smaller. The pictures on the packaging and video do not look like that in person. You can hardly see the pad (if it’s even on in the picture).The actual use of the product, you kind of have to figure it out as far as the camera, video, etc. It is very accurate as to GPS location.You’ll have to get a SIM card. The one that comes with it does not have a lot of storage (or whatever the term is).The sound is good, though maybe too good, as my dog is startled by the on/off announcements and any time I speak.All told, this has good bones, but could use some work.

I got this for my dog. We live in the middle of nowhere and it is easy to lose track of your dog. It took me a little while to set it up. Upon getting it set up, that is where the instructions end. There is a camera to take video and a microphone to speak to your dog but there are no instructions on how to use them. I am not the best with electronics so not having directions on what to do does not work for me and I also do not see any directions on the app. The way this attaches to the collar does not seam like it will hold for long. The rubber strap is not very thick and I can see that with my dog, the camera will face the ground. She is a long haired dog and the camera (if you can figure out how to use it) will be hidden behind her hair. For me, this is only good for letting me know where my dog is if she wonders off.
