I used to have other standard x shape keyboard stand but that variables a lot. This stand has a very nice design and holds my fp-90 really well. It is on the expensive side and honestly I don't think material costs that much. However if I already spend $1700 for the keyboard I might as well have a nice stand.

This stand is REALLY sturdy with the FP-90. No problems here! When I push gently on the FP-90, this stand doesn't even rock; its like it was welded onto the FP-90. What an awesome stand. I love the matte appearance too. And not too hard to assemble.. it was a running bit annoying though, and there's a lot of cardboard that came with it, but at least it's well protected. :(

Nothing too fancy, but it complements the Roland fp90x really well.

The stand fits my Roland FP-90X perfectly. I followed the assembly instructions to the letter. I play classical piano, so I use arm weight depending on the piece I'm playing. To my surprise, I discovered that the stand does wobble back and forth with little pressure applied. I made sure the wood floor is leveled of course. Sideways it is very sturdy which is great.I fixed the issue by pressing the keyboard to the wall and nudging it with some styrofoam from the piano packaging. Pretty disappointed though.

Didn't really know what I was expecting, but for the price I was hoping for a bit more than pressboard. For the money I could have built something out of a nice plywood.
