Outstanding customer service!My order from Amazon did not have the required adapter I needed for my 2009 Ford F250. I contacted Ronin via their website and I they responded to me within the hour. I gave them the information they needed and a couple days later I had the adapter I needed.The antenna is flexible as advertised. The antenna is shorter than the OEM antenna so range of reception is limited but I get enough reception I need in the canyon or for traffic alerts.Again, antenna is as advertised. The customer service is what gets this product 5 stars

Looks good on 2023 F-150. Easy installation, But I do lose reception. Thinking about getting 12 inch instead of 8. Not sure if that will help reception or not.

This is a great upgrade from factory, looks a lot better and cleaner. Easy to install and the instructions comes with a QR code that directs you to a video on how to install.

I’ll start by saying Ronin’s customer service was 5/5. They sent me a 1-time replacement without any issue. The antenna started black, and after about 18 months in the Northern Nevada sun the anodizing faded to the green you see in the picture. They said they’ve improved the anodizing on their other options, I just prefer the discreet antenna. Anyways, no issues with performance or connectivity, but just the finish needs improvement. Loctite on the adapter works great because taking the old one off was a pain, had to use channel locks. The new one installed very easily.

This antenna is just what I was looking for. I was having trouble with the high OEM antenna hitting the stucco in my garage so I thought I would try this one out. The installation is very easy and feels substantial even though it's small size. Radio reception has stayed clear and without loss of any channels. If you're looking for a cleaner look for your truck I highly recommend this antenna.

Looks really sharp. I got this antenna for my Jeep JK and now for my Ram 1500. Most stations work perfect but the weaker stations are staticky in a lot of areas. Doesn’t bother me too much, I mostly use my iPod. Also looking forward to not having the long stock antenna in my way when removing snow off my windshield this winter

I went with this because its a better reviewed brand, I like it better then a bullet antenna I think it works a bit better. Definatley like that it doesn't get caught in trees etc. There will be some reception lost on standard AM/FM channels from farther away but I still get the important stations with the weather and traffic updates I preferFits my 2016 Ram 1500 no issues looks great
