I bought this product to measure the humidity inside my apartment, because I had some problems with mold growth, and thanks to this product I was able to realize that when the air conditioning is not working, the humidity easily exceeds 70% in here. I live in an "old" apartment here in Florida, and I know it is a humid place, but this device helped me make the decision to look for another newer apartment, since they are developed with more modern methods to control indoor humidity.

Not sure about the accuracy of mine ...i live in Arizona so I keep it in my mini greenhouse which should be pretty moist compared to the rest of the house but it still reads around 30%. I'd do a little more research and maybe spend a little more next time to make sure.

Works as described. Not for long !Wish it had a light UPDATE died already!! I tried 5 different batteries and still not properly displaying the numbers!? Can't read it at all now? Less then a month ago I bought this!
