Well made. Excellent instructions. Fairly easy assembly if you have a good drill.My only concern is that the black rail gets quite hot in the southern sun. I may need to apply a reflective paint.

Have a back deck that didn’t have railings to get off it. I tried to get a metal fabricator to make a railing, no luck, no call backs. (We are in the clean up stages of Hurricane Helene and Milton and the craft people are hammered).Thought about Amazon, but didn’t expect them to have a product. Viola! It went in about 20 minutes total. I wasn’t rushing and it it solid! Thanks!

I have a two step entrance that really needed a handrail. This fit the bill for a DIY'er. All the components were done well, except..., which is why i only gave it 4 stars. The directions were really clears. However I take exception to using the "self tapping" screws to drill into the aluminum. It does not work. The directions make a point to say that I must use a lot of power to make it work. No I needed a drill. So I drilled a pilot hole which takes quite a bit of strength going through the aluminum. Be prepared to have new, that is really sharp, drill bits.The other issue I have is the cover used to cover up the footer of the vertical rail. It is plastic. While everything else is made of aluminum, these covers are plastic!Lastly, the vertical posts and the crossbar really need to be mitered for approximately the angle expected for a standard step down. Since they are square, there is little purchase for the "self tapping" screw" to connect.Fix those two things and this would be indeed 5 stars.

Product was described as a two pack. All imagery showed that there would be two hand rails. Only one product came in the box.

Overall very nice for the money but two things knock it back to 3 stars.The middle rail is too short. It’s a parallelogram so should work with any rise/run. I could only get fasteners in one end. Since it’s a short rail it doesn’t after stiffness much.The plastic caps that cover the base flange don’t snap together as they should.Still I’m glad I bought them
