I've got to say this fork is 100% worth the money. I was skeptical, thinking it was going to be the usual thin, stamped, restaurant store utensil, but indeed it is not. It has weight, and has very sharp tines. My wallet regrets that I'll be buying more from this brand.

This thing is sexy (as is the Rosle Hamburger Turner Spatula). I love it! It's sharp though. Just taking it out of the box, I put 2 tiny holes in my night shirt ;)

This is a heavy duty, serious roasting fork. I will probably wear out long before it does. It is unadorned, and is a fork, which is exactly what it needs to be- no bells or whistles. It can handle heavy cuts of meat, and the tines are very sharp. Unfortunately the hangar doesn't fit any of my hooks although it might fit on my grill when I get it assembled. I took off a point because I wish it were magnetic so I could hang it on my magnet bars.Positives: Strong, sturdy, durable, sharp

As with every Rosle product that I have bought, this does not disappoint, especially since it was an Amazon steal at $9 when I bought it! This fork is very solid and is one of the items that you will have in your kitchen that will literally last a lifetime. At some point someone will inherit it from you, because there is no way it's going to end up at your estate sale! I cannot imagine picking up a piece of meat heavy enough to bend this very strong fork. It is also more than long enough to use for outdoor grilling and is very sharp. Like another Rosle product that I bought to give as a hostess gift, I kept this one too!

I have owned some cheap roasting forks that have fallen apart (wood handles). Considering that we do an inordinate amount of cooking for about 16 people per meal, I have decided to upgrade my kitchen and buy quality products. I am especially please with this Rosle Roasting Fork. It is sturdy, attractive and fits nicely on our overhead rack. I expect to own it for a very long time. Rosle has a great reputation and I am happy with other products that I have purchased.

When you're young, you buy the least expensive kitchen items. It's hard to find money for everything you need. But at some point you get tired of replacing broken spoons or struggling with not-quite-sturdy enough forks. And you'd rather buy stuff knowing that you'll never need to replace it. At that point you're ready to invest in Rösle. We've had two Rösle items for five or ten years: a cooking ladle and a basting spoon. Both look brand new. They're functional rather than pretty, but they're built like tanks. In fact, if I whacked the counter with one of these items, I'm certain that the counter would crack before the Rösle equipment showed a ding. The same applies to this roasting fork. This is heavy duty stuff; I could use it to hold a large unwieldy roast in even the most precarious of situations. It's large and hefty, but comfortable in even my small hands. It's extra-long (nearly 14"), so it'd work even on the outdoor grill. And with no adornment whatsoever, there's no concern about it going through the dishwasher.I do a lot of cooking -- notice how many of my reviews are for cookbooks? -- and there is no question that I'd turn first to this roasting fork.

This is a stainless steel meat fork. The fork measures 13.5” long while the tines themselves are 3.5” long and 1” wide. The fork is made of solid stainless steel and weighs 4.6 oz. The tip is turned so that the fork can be hung. The fork was made in China.I am very pleased with this meat fork. It is made of thick stainless steel and takes considerable strength to force even the slightest bend in it. It is one solid piece of steel, so there is no separate handle that might detach or collect food residue in a joint. The tines are quite sharp. This fork is great for using in the kitchen, for handling large pieces of meat or even large root vegetables or whole cooked cabbage. The handle is medium-length, not super long, so some people might find it a little short for barbecue. For kitchen use, though, it is superb. Overall, this is a sturdy kitchen tool that makes meat handling a snap.
