Spindle fit perfect and the grease fitting on top is a great addition. Half the price of tractor supply. I saw some people complain about the self tapping bolts but if you spray a little oil on them and run them in before you mount the spindle the installation will go smooth. Don't forget to buy them they're separate from the spindle.

Alright replacement. The holes are threaded and come with bolts and lock washers. They are a little too long for my liking but they do clear the blade on the bottom side. The shaft is slightly longer than the original and the pulley wobbles a little on it with the nut torqued down. Time will tell if this is a major issue or just me being picky. Once installed, I went to grease the shaft through the included zerk fitting and the zerk broke off at the threads. I will have to wait to see if I am able to get the half that's in the shaft back out. For the price, I would buy it again but and make sure you check the zerk before greasing it. I will update in a few weeks after it has sen some use.

At first I as surprised to see that the four bolting areas were not threaded. The original ones were threaded, just bolted in from above. However, since each and every bolt broke off rather than unscrewed on the original, I came to appreciate this design. So while this design needed in addition to bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts, these spindles can be removed and reused, perhaps on another deck. The original design precludes that with broken bolts stuck in the mounting holes.This also has a zerk fitting on top of the spindles. Some of my originals did not!I like this design.

Broke 2 of the self threading bolts off in the housing rendering it useless. Threads for blade bolt not the same as original. Correction, threads are the same. Had to chase the threads with a tap before I could get the bolt started. A lot of hot frustrating work and still can’t mow.

I dunno... seems like decent quality to me. Lined up and installed fine, blade bolted up fine, cut the yard fine. Came in generic white Chinese box. Keep it greased and it should last a while.
