The mat provides the perfect surface for you to cut papers, fabrics and leather strips. Not only does it protect your tabletop, it also protects your blades because of the soft compound of the mat that does not dull blades like cardboard does.
The mat’s surface is made with high quality material that is European Commission EN 71-3 compliant. The surface is free of heavy metals and does not emit gas. The self healing property of the compound helps with resealing of surface cuts and allows the mat to retain its smoothness so that the cuts do not interfere with subsequent cutting. The rotating feature of this self healing mat allows you to rotate the mat (and the material) instead of changing your body posture while cutting. This makes cutting easier, better and safer because you retain optimum wrist and arm angles for your cutting hand.
Along with the highly accurate grid lines, there are also many angle lines (every 15 degrees) to assist you when you need to cut special shapes. The grid line color and mat base color are chosen such that they are very easy for the eyes to read, providing enough contrast but not hurting the eyes. The surface texture is designed to not cause glare.
There are 3 size options available for this mat: 18" x 18" (17" grids), 14" x 14" (13" grids) and 8" x 8" (7" grids).

Price was right and it really seems like it's tougher than the others. I'm not getting the cut marks like i do with other mats.

I use this rotating mat a LOT for quilting, especially for squaring up blocks and cutting small pieces of fabric. I don't have to pick up the fabric, I just spin the mat to the best angle for cutting.I've had the mat for four years now and the lines in the broad middle area are getting dim. When I'm ready to replace it, I'll be buying this mat again.

It's very practical. Works well. Helpful for cutting quilt pieces. Durable. Kink of thinner than expected but amazingly. It doesn't matter

I have a round rotating mat but this square one is such a better design, allows much more cutting space at the corners. Rotates smoothly, seems sturdy enough. But the odor is strong when you first open the package! I think it will dissipate quickly, though. Overall, glad I bought it.

This is a new company and I was not sure how it would function. So far it is great. I bought this to replace a very expensive one I have worn out. It lasted for a long time but it was time to replace. This one seems very easy to rotate and the measurements are accurate and easy to read.

I have never worked with a rotating cutting board before, so I have nothing to compare this one too however, I like it a lot! It works well and been easy to use. It has made cutting many wedges for a fan quilt much easier.

I use this to cut out stencils and also for tracing, the rotating table makes it much easier to do the job. Everything stays in place as you turn it and there is no lean or wobble.

Works great. It rotates easy but stays out while cutting. It did have a bit of a smell when first opened. I let it air out for a couple of days before using. I love the size and the mat itself has a great cutting surface.

This mat works well - it's small enough for me to pick up and turn without disturbing the fabric. I don't find that it actually rotates well on my sewing table surface but that doesn't bother me. The smell is a bit hard to take but hopefully it will eventually dissipate.
