This is Amazon's cheapest and most bare-bones router table.This is both a good and a bad thing. Good because it's cheap and bad because it's very DIY. I happen to like it because I enjoy customizing my tools to be more accurate, versatile, and safer, but most people just want something that works out-of-the-box to get on with whatever job you need to do and this router table certainly isn't that.The table isn't too hard to assemble, however the instructions on how to assemble the router table curiously do not have actual instructions on how to assemble the router table. None. I could figure out how things are put together from looking at the exploded view on the parts manifest, but it doesn't you how to put the thing together. I'm taking a star off for the machine-translated instructions lack of actual instruction.The really hard part is (caps for emphasis): YOU HAVE TO CENTER, DRILL AND COUNTERSINK THE MOUNTING BOLT HOLES FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL BRAND OF ROUTER TO THE TABLE'S THROATPLATE, as well as, you have to source the correct bolts. Don't bother with this router table unless you're confident in your ability to do this. Most of the instructions are actually about how to go about doing this. This is easy to screw up and the plastic of the throatplate is fairly fragile (which I intend to replace with an aluminum plate at a later date as I can use the old plate as a template) as I cracked it drilling one of the holes too fast. Fortunately, J-B Weld 50139 works as an "undo" in this situation.Another demerit is that the photos in the description and in the instructions show the rip-fence and hold-downs being adjustable with 4 6mm star-knobs. Instead of the knobs, I received 6mm wingnuts, which are NOT an acceptable replacement. I consider this to be deceptive advertising, so minus another star. Also, be aware that the holes on the table legs and table bed don't exactly line up, but I could get the bolts to go in with a little fiddling and some hammering.There's more modifications I want to do to it in the future like replacing the wood rip-fence with aluminum bars and making the duct-collector compatible with my 2-1/2in shop vac hose, plus a few other things.Overall, despite it's problems, I'm happy with Amazon's cheapest router table, as I'm given maximum flexibility to modify it to my heart's content.

The product might be decent but it being damaged on the way here is a bit overshadowing Upon unboxing it it feels decent enough and the only pieces that look and feel cheap are already broke , I’ll try to update my review after I put this together and use it once but as usual per Amazon and their delivery people it’s damaged upon receipt. Hope you have better luck.

Ok, so I'm one of those old guys who has way too many tools in the basement. I get most of my tools from yard sales, thus I have 5 old routers, that all work very well.One is a really good DeW==lt with a really crummy table that I picked up for $5. The table has to go, but I still wanted this router to me mounted on a semi-portable table. This little table fits the bill. It is well made and the router mounts fine.

I bought this router table for my trim router to have some stability for routing small wood parts. However, the small shield was damaged and I can’t figure out how to get a replacement. The only option appears to be to return the entire table and buy another one. All I need to do is replace one defective part. But I can’t figure out how to contact the seller. So I am deciding what to do next.
