The Ac was set at 61* it was very nice and cold. When we put our personal reader on it, It actually mark 53* it prefect for our German Shepherd. We did test the heater as well, it heat up fast and had to bring down to 70*. Love the phone app to control the temperature without having to go outside. I've installed this unit on my inclosed porch. I've only had it for one day. So far this is what I've found. The cooling unit work fairly well. I can feel it getting cold when the compressor turns on. I have it in a 300 sf room so it should keep the room nice. The reason for only two stars is I paid extra for it to have a heating option. It does not work well for heat. I expected more. It's about as hot as a 75 watt light bulb with air blowing across it. I plan on reaching out to the manufacture for help.Update 4-23While the unit doesn't heat as expected, it cools well. I've changed my review from a 2 to a 4. After further communication with the seller. I learned this unit is only rated for 4000 BTU's for heat.

Cooling is ok,,But the heating is awful I started at 70 and worked my way up to 80 still didn’t warm the room up !!!!!! I still had to use an alternative heat method along with this!!!!! Very bad purchase

This a/c- heating unit is so amazing I rarely have to use any other unit in the house when it is on!

The heating function doesn't work well at all. For the amount we paid for that function you'd think it would heat and blow better than a battery operated fan from the dollar store.
