It is exactly what I needed, the hooks are shaped just right so the utensils stay on so I don’t have to worry about them falling onto my glass top. It was super easy to install.

The product is easy to install but the screws are soft and stop the head if screwing into wood.

Was made backwards but would be practical and visibly appealing if made correctly. To make things worse, I accidentally returned these items to the wrong vendor. That was my fault because I don't pay attention, apparently.

At first glance I was happy with the product, got my tools ready and set my level and marked the screw placement. Thank goodness I didn't drill the holes before looking at the product again.As I looked at the bar and began to put the hooks in I realized the hooks were pointed in the wrong direction, the opening of the hooks went towards the wall. I check to see if the hooks swiveled, they don't. Then I thought maybe I bought the wrong option by mistake. Something that would hang underneath the cabinet? So I looked back at my order and at the photos of the product I purchased and realized the holes were drilled on the wrong side. I returned it and decided on a refund. Concerned I'd get another one just like it.I see that someone else's review had the same defect after the fact. So I know I'm not the only one.

Loved the product, however, when I attempted to slide the hooks onto the bar they were facing the wall! Holes drilled on the bar for hanging were on the incorrect side which reversed the hooks! Very disappointed!!

this would have been perfect, except that it was made so that the hooks can only face backwards. If it were made correctly I would like it, but obviously it's unusable.
