It is a nice item, it helps alot cooking red.snapper and flipping it to cook evenly on both sides. It keeps the fish from falling apart. It's an easy tool.tomgrip and flip.

I’ve bought wire fish baskets, but threw them out after grilling because they are so tight the fish extruded through the wire and got stuck. These work great. I put the fish in, adjusted for a snug fit and cooked. I did use cooking spray first. My fish griled perfectly, the skin nice and browned and the fish meat succulent and tender. (Still had the bones though…;) ). Love them.

It’s okay. It’s not as easy to clean as some of the others I’ve had in the past. The food sticks even if you spray it. It’s a good value for the money just not the best quality product in my opinion.
