The padded thumb rest greatly eases the pain in my injured thumb. The only problem is that in the information posted about the adjustable thumb rest there was nothing included about the dimensions of the alignment of the holes for mounting it on my particular clarinet. Fortunately, two of the three holes lined up with the holes on my clarinet and I have been able to mount it, and it seems to work great..

I cannot imagine play my clarinet without this thumb rest. It cushions my thumb so well that I hardly have any fatigue or calluses whatsoever after a long rehearsal. It’s quite different from any other standard thumb rest you’d see across a band and it most definitely takes some getting used to, but it really does make playing a lot more enjoyable. I’ve used it for marching band, and 4 years of symphonic band. Surprisingly didn’t lose it but anytime I have to play without it, it just hurts. I prefer to use it upside down for the maximum amount of cushion and comfort. Overall, a great clarinet product.

We have a Backun clarinet with a pretty wide metal thumb rest, other thumb rests would not fit on it. These worked and are sturdy and comfortable.

Used it on my Yamaha clarinet. Works as expected.

Came with two slightly different cut. Both fit okay with an oboe or a clarinet. Sturdy hard rubber and strong thumb cushion. It would be even more comfortable if the rubber is a bit softer. Overall, it’s okay.
