This Neoprene Sheet Adhesive Foam Rubber 1/2-in is a good quality roll of sound and shock absorption material. It can also be used for heat insulation albeit to a lesser degree I would think. Unfortunately, included is only a 4-1/2 square feet of this product, in a 12 inch wide strip. I chose this product to install some mounting insulation for computer hardware containing with rotating mechanical hard drives, both to reduce transmitted vibrations from the hard drives, and to help prevent any exterior shock or vibrations from affecting the hard drives while in motion. I am satisfied with this product.

Originally I thought using them as sealing gasket for vacuum fixture on our CNC but they are too tall. Ended up using as pad and glued it under a wooden plank where my Prusa MK2.5S is sitting. It does help a bit, but cutting this with a blade was a pain if it's slightly worn.

Biggest drawback of this sheet is the smaller dimensions that restricts the type of project this can be used on, but the material itself seems to be decent in quality and great for DIY use. I'll be using this for thermal and noise insulation, and the lightweight material is fitting for my use cases at home.
