This is a perfect broom handle. I've been through soooo many broom handles made out of metal, this one hasn't broke yet, but if it does just need to cut off the break and reattach the metal piece!

i screwed this into a moss remover brush that i have and it made a world of difference. rather than having to be on my hands and knees, i can do it standing. removing the moss between my pavers is now faster and easier, and this will save my knees and back. it screwed in perfectly.

I bought a new home and finally have a garage. However the concrete needs a good scrubbing to get some oil stains out. I ordered this handle to use along with a deck brush. This is exactly the same setup I had when I worked in the restaurant for scrubbing our tile floors. The handle is longer than a standard handle and I don't have issues with my back hurting because I must bend over to do the scrubbing. I'm going to have a lot of uses for this handle and brush combo and should last for years to come.

This handle might handle light duty tasks but I needed it for a heavy duty broom and was afraid it would snap at any point. Also it measures about 7/8 inches not even close to the 1 5/8 stated in the description. Buy at your own risk.

This should get zero stars for false advertising. The broom handle looks like the picture but the diameter is 3/4â€. Less than half the size advertised in the listing of 1-5/8. I did not buy this based on price I bought this based on the listing. Completely and totally false. Buyer beware.
