Decades of fighting with a dustpan just ended. This LobbyPro performs much better than I had expected. No bending over required. I can sweep up all the dog hair and debris, and with one swoop send it all into this large dustpan. The edge on mine is perfect and it gets pretty much all of it. Any dustpan will leave behind a few tiny particles but overall this saves time and effort. I'm in my 70s and this is such a relief! Where has this thing been all my life?

This is the best dustpan I have ever purchased. I had one several years ago, and my daughter took it, and I bought other brands, and did not like them at all. This one works great, and has the tapered edge built in, so everything is easy to sweep right into the dust pan. Great purchase!!

I bought this dustpan for my house, because i was tired of buying cheap dustpan that falls apart quickly. so far it seems sturdy and i think i will not need to buy another one soon.

First of all this item arrived the day after I ordered it and I only asked for standard shipping. Undoubtedly, there's some luck here but it does say something about the efficiency of the vendor and the UPS delivery system.The product arrives in a box with three molded plastic pieces.. the pan, the handle and the cross brace. The wheels are preassembled to the pan. No, they do not show in the photo but they are there, at least on mine. A sticker shows how to assemble the pieces. The brace snaps onto the pan, then the handle screws into the brace. The screw-in connection is quite secure and the handle will not be detaching from the pan as in cheaper products. The brace/pan connection is notched so that the handle will stand upright when not in use. It's an intelligent design and I expect the product to last several years with normal use.I don't know why I can't find long handled dust pans in local department stores. Older people like myself have trouble bending to the floor. Of course, they are common in movie theaters and I suppose those businesses buy them in bulk. In any case, if you need a long handled dust pan this one will probably satisfy you.

Only problem is the handle does not stay tight! It's a nuisance. Ither than that, we like it!

I gave this a 3 because while it is light weight and easy to use the lip seems to be bent so dirt goes under the dustpan rather than in it. It rather frustrating. It worked well for bigger stuff though.

It is silly that it doesn't lock in place when it's fully opened so you can easily pour the contents into the trash. You literally need to hold the bottom of this open with one hand while you pour or it will close up on you. I am disappointed in this product which looked very promising when I ordered it. Bed Bath and Beyond sold a good dustpan that locked in place when you pour, but they have not carried it the last few times I went in looking for it, so I ordered this one. Big letdown. Also, when you lift it up to pour in the garbage, if you don't pretend to be left handed, while you are angling the dustpan over the trash holding it in your right hand, the handle begins to unscrew.
