This product is perfect especially considering my last rug gun broke down on me.It has different modes for speed.And like my last gun, it doesn’t get stuck in the fabric.I think the only thing that I will say is, it does have the option to be a loop pile gun, however, it does not come with the piece for it to be. When I was watching YouTube videos everybody said that there was an extra piece that I had to put in. So you can remove the piece that makes it a cut pile but you do not have the piece to add to make it a loop pile, unless somebody knows a different way.

I'll be honest, I was scared to use this gun. Im afraid of using power tools in general but I finally tried it after watching the recommended videos from tufting world. I'm so glad I finally when for it, I drew a design and began. Its not nearly as tricky as I thought it would be, its also so much fun. Two hours just flew by and now I'm looking to purchase yarn in bulk for my new life in tufting. This is a great beginner gun. This one will only do cut pile, theres another for looping. If you spend a little more you can get 1 gun to do both options. I didn' t know this when i purchased my gun but i have no regrets. As a person who loves to be creative but has problems with my hands and back i found the gun easy to figure out, I was able to undo my mistakes and try again. I'm so happy with this purchase. If you're interested, just do it.

There's a possibility that it's a good product, but I don't really know because I'm new to tufting and there are basically no instructions included. There is a picture with some of the parts labeled (basic things like the power switch and the indicator lights) and there are a couple of pictures showing how to thread it. It also includes links to some Youtube videos that supposedly have more detailed setup and use instructions, but the videos are no longer available. After spending a couple of hours watching videos from other brands I was able to thread it and begin using it; however, the yarn keeps coming out and although I've checked the tension of both the yarn and the fabric and done everything I can to troubleshoot it, I'm not able to figure out the problem so the product is essentially useless to me. I have no way of knowing if the product is bad or if it's user error.I'm typically not a big fan of video guides as a replacement for paper instructions - I don't want to have to skip around in a video to find the information I need. It's much quicker and easier for me to just read the parts I need, although I can see the value in having videos as supplements. However, if sellers are not going to include written instructions, the least they should do is make sure that their instructional videos are kept available.

I think most of these guns are generally the same but I bought this one as a starter gun and it does it job perfectly!

I love this tufting gun but it randomly stopped working and I can’t find how to contact the seller for help :( ! I see that it says there’s a warranty and I would like to either get help fixing my tufting gun or replace it ! Thank you I loved it while it worked!

I love this tufting gun. I saw it on tik tok and wanted to try and make my own rugs so I ordered this gun. It is great for a beginner crafter wanting to try and make their own custom rugs like me. There is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy. This doesn't come with the fame or the monk cloth, so fully expect to have to pick those up yourself, but they are not that expensive. You could also make your own frame if you are handy with wood. I found some YouTube channels that taught me different techniques and helpful tips when tufting. This gun is a very nice quality gun and definitely worth the money.

I am new to tufting and this gun is great, it comes with a detailed instruction book, the learning curve is minimal and once you get the hang of using it, everything is easy. there are also plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube to help you get started.The tufting gun works great and can reach speeds of 5-40 stitches per second to help me make lots of lovely rugs quickly and easily.Very happy with this tufting tool kit and I would recommend buying this tufting kit to anyone.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Easy to set up as it came with a step by step instruction manual. Took a couple practices to make nicer looking pieces of rugs but the results are worth it. The cord that comes with the gun is quite long so it’s good for big pieces as well. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great cut pile gun, this was my first cut pile gun for my rug studio. Came with several additional parts, very long power cord which is great. The only thing I didn't like was the included threader, the hole isn't overly large to loop the yarn in there and this wasn't built sturdy enough for the yarn and it broke. Just have an alternate threader device handy. Great gun, works well, easy to adjust. I wouldn't hesitate to own this gun again!

I just turned on the gun to try it and now the gun is not even turning on… so i waited for it and now i cant use it ! Really disappointed :(
