The Rugged Ridge polyurethane front track bar bushing kit, in red, comes with two track bushings and metal sleeves. There has been an ongoing debate about rubber vs. polyurethane as to what is better, It truly depends on how you are using your Jeep. In most cases polyurethane outperforms its rubber counterparts in replacement of bushings and mounts. The products will last longer standing up to road debris, chemicals, oils, compression, and load. They will perform better by removing additional sloppiness in suspension performance due to worn, damaged, or missing bushings. It is however, a little stiffer than rubber.

Good price, and quality. Even came with limited instructions. But really don't need. Really difficult to press in. But can be done. Helped with death wobble.

I try and write honest reviews in case anyone is reading what I have to say as maybe a deciding factor in buying something or not. It's not often that I buy something that is a total waste of money but this was my experience with this product. As an initial disclosure I do all my own work and know my way around a garage. Been working on cars and trucks for about 35 years. These are supposed to be a direct fit for the stock JK track bar bushings and for the life of me I could not get them to go in. First I tried to install with a heavy duty ball joint kit (yep, used lube)...no dice. Then I ground a slight angle around one end of the sleeve to see if I could get the sleeve started to seat...nope, wasn't happening. At that point I measured the sleeves with electric calipers and the outside of the sleeves were actually slightly larger than the inner diameter of their appropriate holes in the track bar. I called Pep Boys because it was late and I wanted to see if they had a shop press. Manager was awesome...told me they did and just bring them down, they would press them in free of charge...no big deal. Ran everything over and was hanging out with him while he tried to get them installed. Even with a 12 ton shop press they would not even start to go in. By the time it was all said and done the edges were marred up so bad from trying to get them pressed in that they were just unusable. I told the guy no big deal...he gave it his best shot but they were basically scrap and I ended up having to buy a new set of stock bushings (which went in with not that much persuasion). About the only way I would have gotten these to fit was if I used a bench grinder and keep grinding down the outside diameter of the sleeve until they eventually fit. I might as well have taken the money I spent on these and lit it on fire. Live and learn...

Incorrect bushing set, was not Rugged Ridge as advertised, and does not fit 2014 Wrangler JK as advertised. First time buying automotive parts from Amazon and likely the last.

This article does not comply with the requested specifications. At one end I entered correctly and the other did not enter, to give more pressure broke the bushing.
