Awesome drone, excellent quality and best option for starters to train for more expensive option later, and no need to register it to the FAA because it weights less than 0.55 pounds.It has a great camera with excellent quality of pictures and videos and all features that you can find in very expensive drones. I love my Ruko Mini F11 , the software is great and easy to use, control with great features like return home button, smooth take off and landing. Also the package brings everything you need, spare propellers and tools, cables of excellent quality, and customer service department is great they responded an email 10 minutes after I send it, I am very please and satisfied with my whole experience with Ruko team and would recommend it 100%.

I've come to understand that, with drones, you do indeed "get what you pay for," with the caveat that there are some feature packed drones at good prices. This is one of them. Ive had it for a couple of years (I like to wait on my reviews) and can say that it is tough, user friendly and very capable. I bought this for documenting a home build in the mountains, so I needed one that has a good wind resistance and a decent range. Check and check. This one can fight its way through a good gust, has a great range,and can find its way home if you lose sight (saved me a couple of times. The camera is excellent , and the battery life is good.Long story short: Ruko makes a good drone and you cant go wrong with this one.

For how cheap it is, it’s a great little starter drone. Flies perfectly fine, easy to understand and setup. The camera resolution is okay but not great, and is has no video stabilization, so it’s more of a toy with a camera than a drone that will give you useful shots. But again…. Cheap and works great for newbies.

This is a great product if you just want a drone to fly and enjoy, but not race. The camera features are great and allow for awesome cinematic shots, and the controls are super easy to learn. It has adjustable speed, distance, and height parameters. The customer service is also great if you do have technical difficulties.

After an error on my side, customer service was immediately helpful. The drone was up and running, and connected to my phone and controller without any problems. This is my first drone, and was easy to navigate. The app has full instructions, and built-in customer service. As a photographer, I was impressed with the camera quality, and any small stabilization issues were easily fixed in editing software. Overall very impressed with the features at this price point. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Honest Review: This is my third Ruko drone over the last couple of years (f11, f11 pro, and now f11 mini). They offer a product similar to the big brand in drones (DJI) at a much more affordable price point. They are the KIA of drones. My review is more of a 4.5 starts out of 5.For this particular drone (likes): I like the compactness of the drone. I've attached pictures of my hand for reference. I would think I have average sized hands for a man. This is a very fun drone to fly, it is very snappy and quick compared to my larger F11 pro drone. I thought it was easy to setup, just make sure that you follow the manual and download the correct ruko app from your appstore. The takeoff/landing was very accurate, and this drone has the camera look down to avoid obstacles while doing it. The case is very nice, and will keep the drone protected. The value that you get for the price is very good (extra battery, case, etc) that is sometimes absent on other brands. Ruko customer support has always been helpful in resolving things if you do encounter an issue or have questions about their products. They are the Chick-Fil-A of customer service in the drone industry.Dislikes: This drone does not have a gimble for the camera. Images and videos are going to look shaky because of that fact. If you own a business (roofer, realtor, landscape photographer etc) this would be a good drone for taking pictures of stationary objects. This is NOT a drone for taking videos of kids riding their bike (You need to get the F11 Pro with the gimble).I hope this review helps. Thank you for taking the time to read.

my son received this as a present and absolutely loved it! the customer service is excellent and for the price of this Ruko F11, the material and look is great and system friendly to set up for a first time young user.

I bought this for my partner who always wanted a drone. It is an excellent starting drone. While the controls were a little confusing at first, it is now quite easy to fly. Being a cheaper model, it doesn't do well in slight winds or have a particular long battery life but an excellent buy nontheless.

Well packed and everything looks perfect. But all screws of the fans were not tightened well. And during the first fly itself right limb stopped functioning and fell down. I followed all instructions mentioned the videos and this is the first time I experienced with this issues from a drone. May be I received a product with malfunction.
