I love this back roller. It is very sturdy & helps relieve my back pain. I roll my back out morning & night to help with my back pain. It allows my back to stretch & loosen up. I can definitely tell when I do not use this roller.

Does the job. I assume basic means not terribly cushy foam. That’s OK, because if you use a roller correctly, it’s going to hurt. This one does not baby your fascia. Gets right down to business. I was worried it would Not me wide enough, but, I can roll my back on it, and it covers me just fine. Recommended.

The product page for the Basic Bumpy says it includes a 20 page instruction manual. I could not find that on the site the product insert directed me to. If you go to the Rumble Roller website, it's as if the Basic Bumpy does not exist. I am going to keep this since it was low cost, but if you really care about having a Rumble Roller, get a standard one with all the same teeth. This Basic Bumpy looks like a generic roller that is being marketed under the Rumble Roller name as a complete afterthought.

I have had this for a year, and it hasn't given out on me yet. I was really happy to find it because the ones that are hollow tend to form cracks and break within six months, which is frustrating. I only weigh 120 pounds, but I really go through these stupid things at a quick clip. This one has held up longer than any other.

My previous roller had a hollow core or a pvc sleeve in it that cracked. This was the best option for not crushing another PVC core roller. I love how sturdy it is and the hardness is just about right. What I don't care for is the change in the texture on the roller itself because it rolls smooth then has a "bump" then you have texture then another "bump" then smooth again. Never seems to be the right texture at the right time. I'd rather have two rollers, one all smooth and one all bumpy. Over all it works fine and should last a long time.
