They are very pretty. The colors are bright. The towels absorb, but not like a cotton terry cloth towel that dries very well. The towels, I find are a little small, but will do. The pot holders are good, but I find them just a little thin. If you have a really hot pot lid or handle such as an iron skillet or pot you might want to use both pot holders together.

My kitchen is lemon themed and this set was a perfect useful addition to my decor. The towels are not really absorbent. The mitts get dirty pretty quickly because they're white. But they are pretty.

Pattern is as pictured. Overall, the material is definitely cheap. My kid stuck one to a lit burner and it melted like plastic. Gloves are small. Quite small. I have dainty hands and they're too short for me. Do I hate them? No. (But i do hate the dish towels that came with them) Would I buy them again? No.
