  • RUTHEX SOLDERING TIPS FOR RUTHEX THREAD INSERTS: The ruthex soldering tips make it even easier to retrofit thread inserts into 3D printed parts of 3D printers from e.g. Anycubic or Bambu.
  • PRACTICAL CHANGE SYSTEM: Due to the thread in the soldering iron adapter, the soldering tips can be changed very easily WITHOUT completely unscrewing the soldering iron.
  • INSERTION HELP COMPATIBLE for soldering iron heads 900M and T18 for example for soldering stations SREMTCH, Hakko, LONOVO, RHAEGON, WaxRhyed and other brands. Dimensions of the soldering iron adapter can be taken from the drawing.
  • NO DAMAGE TO 3D PRINTING PART: Due to the ideal geometry of the soldering tips, the 3D printing parts will not be damaged. Common damage without ruthex soldering tips is, for example, damage to the surface around the thread insert.
  • PRACTICAL THREAD INSERT SET: M2 / M2.5 / M3 / M4 / M5 / M6 / M8 - #2-56 / #4-40 / #8-32/ #10-24 1/4" 5/16" threaded inserts and a 900M/T18 soldering iron adapter. This is a really nice item if you're pressing in inserts all the time. Easy to get them straight. I have one soldering gun for inserts and one for wires.

I think these are pretty good. They're easy to install, easy to work with, and heat up well. The part where I have an issue with them is that I was seeing some form of corrosion or maybe some kind of final-coat degradation -- regardless, there was a significant color shift from the beautiful new-tool shiny-brass color, to a skeleton-white frosted-over look to the outside of the tool. This makes me concerned for it's long-term durability and internal materials composition. If it's doing that on the outside, how to I know the inside is still okay and not going to fragment or crack on the inside? They were beautiful when they arrived, after a few uses, not so much.

Thought it came with the insertion tips too, but it doesn't. Fits good looks good.

Il materiale è di qualità e di facile installazione. Va messo al posto della punta per saldare. Attenzione al tipo di saldatore posseduto e al tipo di punta che monta, non tutti i saldatori possono essere usati. Unica pecca, avrei gradito una scatolina come contenitore al posto della bustina. Pazienza, me la stamperò in 3D.
