Once AC power from the Generator is sensed by this transfer switch, it will start a timer and automatically switch over to generator power supply after a 20-45 sec delay which ensures the generator has sufficient time to run up to speed before electrical load is applied.
Double protection of built-in mechanical interlocks and control circuits prevents two separate 120/240 volt AC power sources from entering the AC distribution board at the same time and causing a short circuit.
The coating process used on the surface of this transfer switch can be waterproof, rust-proof and anti-corrosion, and can effectively prolong the service life of the product.

Thing is worthless. What's the point of a transfer switch if you have to shut everything down 1st. It blows both breakers when switching power. Back to shopping for my old unit that worked. I was in a jam and ordered this one due to next day delivery. Sending it back.

I was hoping this product would meet my expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short. While it does switch as advertised, there's a persistent and highly annoying issue that I just can't overlook. The constant buzz it produces is incredibly irritating and completely detracts from its functionality. It's disappointing because it seems like a simple problem that could have been easily addressed by the manufacturer. Sadly, this flaw makes it hard to recommend, and I'll be looking for a better alternative.

This transfer switch arrived intact, in new condition, and adequately packaged inside a generic box. No instructions or inserts were included. I did not see any safety or compliance marking anywhere on the device or it component. Overall, I seems to simply be a generic automatic transfer switch. Nothing special or outstanding.
