Working Principle
- Under special circumstances, the common or standby power supply can be switched by manual mode.
- It can be used in single-phase AC110V power supply circuit. The two-way power supply can be commercial generator, solar power generation, and battery. If it is DC or low-voltage power supply, it needs to be connected to dual power supply after inverter reverses to AC 110V.
- Can not replace the battery.
Q1: Will the power be cut off when the two-way voltage is converted?
Yes, it takes about 2S for this product to switch to another circuit, and the desktop computer and monitor will shut down.
(If you want one with no cutting-off, we have other type.)
Q2: Can this dual power switch use inverter?
Yes, it can automatically switch under AC 110V voltage, such as: electricity meter, street lamp, solar energy, inverter, UPS, etc.
Q3: Can this switch be installed in the electric box?
This product can't be installed on the guide rail. The general household distribution box is too small for concealed distribution box. The size of the product is 150*140*120.
(If you want one can be installed on rail, we have other type.)
Q4: Why does the upper switch often trip?
You shouldn't install the switch with leakage protection on the upper end. If you need, please install it on the lower end.

12-31-2024I'll have to say, I was concerned about this transfer switch, putting it up is easy, connecting the wires can be elementary .I'm completely off the grit, I use the generator as the main source of power, turning the generator off it switches to the solar power. Solar power gets low start the generator the auto switch switches back. Works like gem.Good luck

It works fine manually but it doesn’t work automatically. I order another one to see if it the product or is this one that doesn’t work. This is an update. I order a replacement an they send a good one. IS WORKING HOW IT SUPOST TO WORK!!!

The switch is somewhat big and heavy, but well build.The included instructions were for another model, but it's easy enough to figure it out.It works perfectly fine, and the auto-manual option is very useful.I got it set up in a few minutes. The switchover time is about one second.Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an auto transfer switch.

Great deal for the money. Works as designed. Not extremely fast switchover so if that's what you need, pay for a higher quality item. My application wasn't business critical so it was perfect. Using it to switch my WiFi router from 110V AC grid power to 110V AC using a battery powered inverter so if the router happens to reboot during the process, not a big deal....it's back up in 5 minutes.

Installed this in a bus conversion I’m doing to switch from shore power to inverter. The unit is larger then I expected but I had plenty of room in the spot I mounted. It dose take a couple seconds to switch over so it’s not seamless power if that’s what you are looking for. But works perfect for my application because I will always know exactly when the power will be switched. As others have mentioned the instructions are confusing. But I wired it up just as someone else posted a photo of and it works just as it should for my application.

My power inverter's builtin battery charger stopped working which was hooked up to a sump pump with a backup battery. And, I was looking for a solution instead of buying another expensive power inverter with builtin battery charger and automatic transfer switch. This device was the answer! I was very confused what/where to connect. But, I got a pretty good idea after watching some YouTube videos. Actually, it is a simple and straightforward DIY project once you figure it out. You will need three extension cords and two pieces of wire to make work if you want to set up the same backup system as mine. #1 connects to the grid power. #2 connects to the backup power (power inverter in my case). #3 connects the device you want to power up (sump pump in my case). You just leave out neutral wires (green) and you will need to connect live to live and neutral to neutral for the bottom sockets.The product was well packaged and I received it in three days although it came from the states ($5 importing fee). This product is heavy duty and the slots have huge claws that can be tightened. Applications with thick wires shouldn't be an issue. I say the ATS kicks in less than a second when the grid power is cut off. Highly recommended!

Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre au niveau de la qualité. J'ai été en mesure de le tester à des températures de 30 degrés à - 20 degrés celsius et le commutateur a fonctionné parfaitement. Vraiment un bon produit

The computer does not like such an interruption I use a separate UPS for computer but the pellet stove does not mind a one second off.Many complaints about instructions. Instructions are not included. What is included is description of product. If you need instructions go to YouTube. Be careful one presenter has inputs reversed.
