Glue was installed backwards somehow. Removing the tape for the glue took the glue with it, no matter how I tried to remove it. No sticky left on the light to hold it to anything.UPDATE: After using a heat gun and heating the entire light strip up. I was able to pull the paper off of the adhesive and salvaged the glue for the entire length except the last 6". Lights are fairly bright, however the microphone for the music mode is a little too sensitive and doesn't follow the beat if my radio is turned up any bit past 1/4 volume.

Tested prior to use. Worked fine. Installed on camper and 1/2 lights were out. I’m a mechanic of over 20years so I took great care of installation. Save your money!

I know these lights are marketed for outside use on an RV, but I used these lights in my bedroom and ran them across the top of the wall by the ceiling. They turned out great! I love them. They were easy to install and with the app the options are endless. This set comes with options to run these lights with a standard indoor outlet or in a car through the cigarette lighter. I think the price point is fair considering you get everything you need in the box. If you are looking for affordable fun lighting this should fit your needs!

I tested the lights before installing them and only about a quarter of them worked.
