For a 1000 w microwave, it takes twice as long to heat something up as any other 1,000 watt microwave I've used. I will say it is very quiet and the convection oven seems to work well. I'm just not impressed with the microwave part of it.

There are multiple dents in this microhood. I could of lived with a couple of dents. Unfortunately there are toomany. And I'm not sure if the unit is still viable.

Ordered for my parents RV, which they live in full time. Lead time was great and price was fantastic. RV place wanted almost $1000 for different brand which my parents can't afford on a fixed income. Easy to install even though a little heavy but works great.

This unit is a replacement microwave for my Rv. Since it was installed in July of 2023, it wont run on the microwave cycle for more than 3 minutes without shutting down. It won't restart until waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the reset to allow further use. This doesn't seem to be a problem with the convection function. Only when using the microwave function. It was such a chore to build in this new oven to fit in the RV that I have chosen to just put up with the inconvenience. I mostly us the convection function, as I hate microwave cooking anyway. Still, I am looking at purchasing this same unite as a replacement, as I have already modified my cabinet to fit this unit. Hopefully, a new oven will work as it should.

Contour microwave would not open right after warrantee expired. THIS COMPANY HAS NO AUTHORIZED REPAIR SHOPS. Terrible service. Ordered recommended part. It did not solve the problem. Sent a new door, it arrived damaged. Recommend GE instead.
