This worked really good. Had an outdoor seam that needed to be red patches this worked as promised. Would recommend.

I am actually pretty impressed so far with the value ratio so far. UV and time will tell if it really lasts. I don't see any mention of a warranty period on mine, which is always a little concerning. A picture on the list at time of review just says long life. My usage for this is to protect some joists and other areas on decking not highly exposed. As well as seal some gutter joints that are starting to fail. Compared to the name brand version this one is not quite as initially tacky. Though, it is a lot stickier than some others I have tried. As with all butyl tapes I've came across pressure really is needed when applying. I would recommend a practice piece if you've never used this type of product before.
Great so many bags and they are decent sized

Used for my vinyl shed that protects my street bike. Had a branch go through it. Patched it up with this but looks like duct tape. But no leaks and still made it through the winter. Very easy to use+ peal very sticky. Temp patch

My favorite use for this material is to use small sections to wrap interior wires to deaden them from rattling in automobile interiors. Lots of uses as a sound deadener for small parts as a price vast less than the products usually marketed for these purposes. As it is highly malleable, it can also cover curved areas that aluminum backed sound deadener can not conform to. It may or may not be as efficient, but since it can be used where the other stuff can't, I don't care if there is a small loss in noise reduction.BTW, aside from vehicular use, I've recently found this to work well deadening the fiberglass walls of indoor and outdoor fountains. I don't know about the long term durability, but at least short term, this has been very effective and stayed attached in the water environment (applied initially to a dry surface). Pump noise is reduced by at least half.

The plastic on one side of the tape comes off nicely like it should but the paper on the other side will not separate from the waterproof tape making it worthless. Not happy with this product at all, a complete waste of money.

This tape is extremely strong. I have used it to seal wires on the exterior of my house as well as to seal some seams on my old airstream. I will caution that if you are looking for a temporary water barrier, this is not it. Once the tape is on, it is extremely hard to remove, but that is a good thing because you know it is creating that water tight seal. I have been using this a lot on the top of airstream as well as near the bottom to seal up some seams that have old rotted caulking and it has worked great. Also the gray color blend well on the aluminum.

White tape. Thick and super sticky. It was left out, sun hit it and it melted all together. Sticks to every thing it touches.

I'm using this to tape down the extension cord that runs inside a crack in the sidewalk to my Christmas lights that are on a tree by the curb. It's been out there for four days now, and it looks fine. We haven't had a snow yet, so I don't know how waterproof it is yet. But so far so good. It's very sticky, but not so sticky that you can't handle it. It also cuts very nicely with a box cutter, in nice straight edges. It's very thick, so that although the one roll has a lot of weight to it, it doesn't have a lot of length.
