Pay attention to the directions. Wire color for pos and negative wires are confusing. Works great. Just wrong wire colors not to code. Not an issue.

We replaced the board in our camp trailer with the one that I had ordered from Amazon and the problem is still there and we're going to have to order another board and try again. Can I return this board and get my money back?

This item was installed in my camper to replace a defective ac/dc converter. It was not packaged in bubble wrap or protective wrapping as one might expect when shipping electronic components, however the item worked perfectly well after installation. Also no one can offer any functional comments until an item like this has been installed.
