The first one I received was obviously used and had a bent prong. The one I received today was 100 times better and obviously brand new in an original seller's box instead of a plastic bag. The turnaround was great from Amazon support, I received it 2 days later. The cord looks, and is, heavy duty. Nice that they include a carrying handle and bag to store it in, as well as nice little towel to use to wipe off the cord when storing it. They also include a 3 prong L5 to 4 prong L14-30R adapter, which unfortunately, I don't need. I did have to purchase a 3 prong TT-30P to 4 prong L14-30R adapter to fit my generator. It would be great if they offered a way chose which adapter, if any, you needed.
