I'm one of those guys that is loyal to a certain top brand of power tool, but I've picked up a few Ryobi items over the years and they haven't let me down. Since I had a few extra batteries to use, I ordered one of these portable glue guns to possibly replace a few of my AC powered glue guns. Not disappointed.Pros: - PORTABLE - Heats up relatively quick - Two heat settings - Extra nozzles - Drip catching attachment - Uses popular Ryobi 18v batteriesCons: - It draws a lot of power so don't leave it on for 2 hours. - Bulkier than smaller/mini glue guns - Trigger feed is a weak, but OKNow that I have this, I find myself using the "glue gun" more often. Worked great for setting up Christmas lights and decorations. Highly recommend!

Having the multi temperature feature is worth the money as you will find additional uses for your hot glue gun.

This hot glue gun is pretty good- cleaner application of glue than most other guns I’ve used and being cordless is nice. I have only a few gripes: 1. It eats through battery life. I thought Ryobi’s circular saw was a battery hog- this thing killed a standard fully charged Ryobi battery is less than an hour. I suggest getting one of the big 4 amp batteries. 2. Switching the nozzles should not require a special tool unless that tool can be stored somewhere in the gun (see the design of Ryobi’s cordless grinder or reciprocating saw).

I got this cordless glue gun for my daughter, a 3rd year Kindergarten teacher. When she first became a teacher, I was appalled to learn that teachers hot glue things to the cement walls, until we learned that is the only thing that sticks, yet it can be removed easily. In the past, we had to plug in a tradition glue gun, wait forever till it heated up, un plug, and run up a ladder to glue things on a wall. This Ryobi One has been the best gift. It has made setting up the classroom so much easier. There are so many curriculum posters that must be put up on a Kindergarten wall in addition to all the fun educational themed goals, so it's never ending. The entire Pod of Kindergarten teachers will use it too. Our battery lasts about 1 hour of non-stop used before needing a charge or swapped out for another battery. The glue gun also has a little drip catcher, which proves to be useful in-between. What used to take an hour to do with a corded glue gun, now takes about 15 minutes with the Ryobi One+.

Glue melted inside and now I can’t turn on or pull the trigger bc it’s all glued down Can’t turn on to try and re melt the glue to fix.

The dual temperature control is nice for handling both high and low temp hot glue. I like that it stands up on its own with or without the battery. I like the little flip out drip catcher although wish it were made of a smoother plastic as glue tends to stick too well to it. However that's an easy fix by applying some smooth tape like aluminum tape. I suppose you could also apply a little wax or Vaseline to prevent sticking but I haven't tried it.Build quality seems like typical Ryobi, which means it's good but not jobsite durable. Don't throw it around and it should be fine. It's nice that it shares the same battery as all the other Ryobi tools.Oh also the exchangeable tips are nice and the silicone sleeve does a great job of insulating the hot tip and preventing burns.

I'm a fan of these Ryobi tools, so decided to try the glue gun. This is my first hot melt glue gun with a dual temperature control. For almost everything I do, the low setting is perfect, doesn't melt Styrofoam, and best of all, doesn't drip. Owing to the weight of the battery, it sits upright waiting for me in an easy to grab position. I don't know how long a single battery charge can be used, I haven't run a battery dead using it yet. I generally use it for one or two glue joints, then turn it off again, but it goes from cold to ready-to-melt-glue in about 30 seconds. It's a very impressive tool.

I have an electric glue gun that I have used for years, I ordered the Ryobi glue gun and have come to enjoy the glue gun even more. Take it any where and handles almost any job.

La descrizione è sbagliata. Vi arriva a casa solo la pistola con 3 stecche di colla e una punta.non con 10 stecche e 3 punte intercambiabili.
