Got it for hubby birthday. Just got an opportunity to use it the other day and he enjoyed it. But it is on the heavier side. Also would recommend a bigger than a 4ah.

Had a lighter duty one. It was okay but definitely light duty. This one is as good as my corded one. Built a shed using 2x4, 4x4, plywood and strand board. Only used this saw and it worked great. BTW, I put a metal cutting blade in the light duty one and used it to cut metal roofing. Worked well.

Not sure if we won the Ryobi lottery or if all of them are bad... the one i bought is in the trash after 2 cuts as the frame was not strong enough and warped going thru a sheet of 1/2" plywood. Now it can't cut strait and is garbage.I have had the smaller one for years and it works great!

muy buena herramienta, no se si sea porque es de baterias pero su potencia si es un poco menoa a la ryobi de cable que tengo, pero cumple con su trabajo, aunque si le cuesta bastante mas trabajo ccortar un polin de 2"

La sierra tienen una excelente calidad de corte. El motor sin escobillas suena muy bien. La herramienta se siente muy duradera y resistente. Que sea de pilas la hace muy versátil.

The product itself is wonderful. However, the packaging indicated a hex tool, required to install the blade, was included in he box. However, when i opened everything the hex tool was not present. I contacted RYOBI Support directly and they said that if it was not purchased through one of their normal distributors, they would not deal with it. I had to contact Amazon which also turned out to be a joke talking to a computer. I don’t understand why a missing part is the responsibility of the seller. I could return it but I needed the product for the weekend. It’s a joke that if the box says something is in there and it’s not, that no one steps up to the plate to remedy the situation.
