Keeps Ryobi tools on the job for much longer than the small capacity battery they came with. Works great with high-draw tools like angle grinder and sander.

These smart batteries can be finicky and irrecoverable. At $100 Ryobi price to replace them you’ll be inclined instead to buy a whole new tool package for $30 more for the tool, battery and charger—ridiculous. However here is the deal we need like this one. Ryobi wants to make their money on replacement batteries so we need suppliers like this to keep a good tool running through its useful life for a maintenance cost, not a tool replacement cost.

Price was typical with the box stores, but this is also a quality battery that seems to last a long time. Charges fast and the only down side is the weight. It is twice the size of the 1.5 battery so I expected this weight difference. Great battery.

It is a nice increase in performance and quality from other 18v ryobi batteries it's got the average bulky battery weight but over all perfect fit.As I stated above it's ryobi so the battery life isn't the longest but its job

I needed a new battery to power my 18 gauge nail gun. Provides enough power for about 50-60 nails. The Ryobi nail gun is power hungry.
