You get a pack of ten!Can’t tell if this made it easier or not, but we don’t use any gel or medication. No diarrhea or other harsh symptoms of teething. There is some irritability but a tether helps with that. Overall, thank you for making my baby more comfortable.

This is the only one that I could find in amazon.com, but buying from the store should be the best option to confirm its original. I bought and make him wear, never showed any discomfort till now. Hope this works for longer run and use the whole pack of 10
