Maintaining a swimming pool used to be such a hassle. Even if you had a professional come in regularly there was plenty of work to be done between visits from the 'pool guy'. That is no longer the case. Like so many other areas, the life of the pool owner has been made better by technology. I've got a variety of gadgets and accessories to keep my pool maintained but my favorites are my growing army of pool cleaning robots.This particular robot might not represent the 'cutting edge' of pool cleaning technology but it does an important job and does it well. Its function is to filter your water and clean the debris out of your pool. It couldn't be easier to use--just turn it on and toss it in the water. It'll go for nearly two hours on one charge and cleaning the debris is just as easy as emptying a bag on a lawn mower. This is my second robot from Launs and I've been very pleased with both. Very servicable machine at a nice value price point. Highly recommended!

I've been using Aiper, Polaris and Dolphin brands for more than 2 years now, so decided to get this new release to see how works for Above Ground pool, and to be honest with you works as other brands, but it's not smart. First of all, when it parks, you have to take it out of water with a hook, but Aiper brand comes up to pull it out of water easier. Second, battery life is great and as I tried gives me about 85 minutes or a little bit less. Third, motor has a great suction power which almost suctions everything inside the pool. Remember, this is only for straight surface clean up, so doesn't clean up walls because doesn't climb. In addition, as you see in my pictures, it has a filter, which is easy to clean up when is full.

So let me start by saying in all fairness they did say it's not meant for pools with a deep end but, I try to mine and here's the problem he uses a hall sensor flow control control so that it knows when it's moving and if it's not moving fast enough it will stop no matter where it's at and go the opposite direction if they were just going to hit something like a Roomba but for a pool that would be great instead the second it has a problem moving up from the deep end the full control doesn't sense any movement and it changes Direction and it's only goes back down to the deep end I know it's not supposed to be used in a pool like mine but if the timer was longer or it gave it a second to get up the hill it would be just fine in that case it's actually pretty quick and I wish it did not have that full control timer but it does so not work for me

I'm a new pool owner and I already know from my friends how much of a hassle manual cleaning will be for our new pool. But this little robot has been the perfect solution for our summer fun!
