This is the perfect tool for anyone trying to get over a bad habit. The problem with a habit is you do it subconsciously, without thinking, like moving a muscle. This helps break that. Lets use vaping as an example. You can use your vape indoors just about anywhere, if you're keeping it in your pocket you're likely to hit it without even knowing, just subconsciously reaching into your pocket and grabbing it, this makes it tough to quit even for the strongest of willed. Keep your vape in this box, and start by locking it for a hour, so you know it will be at least an hour before you can use it again. Bump it up to 2 hours at some point and ect ect. Yes at some point you're going to want that nicotine fix and the box will be locked, but you'll live. Grab a pen and pretend to hit that. Trick your mind.The only reason i give 4 out of 5 stars is because the backside of the box is about 1/8th inch thick plastic, one gentle smash from a hatchet wielding hitchhiker named kia and this thing is going to be toast.

The box looks good and is functional. It keeps things locked on a timer. I see some other reviews mention that it is easily breakable, but that is actually a good thing. This is not a box for "security" where it's mean to be unbreakable. It's good at deterring you from getting inside, but you could break it in an emergency, and there are holes in the bottom to charge your device through the holes.My only complaint is that there is no explained way to unlock the box if you accidentally set the timer for too long. There is a way to do it, but you need to email them for the instructions. I'll post them here for others:- Press the "hour up" button 10 times- You can only do this emergency unlock 5 times, and then you won't have another 5 unlocks until the battery dies and is recharged

It is quite easy to use this lockbox. I think it serves its purpose quite well and it is well reinforced so if you drop it (like I did many times) your phone will be ok.

It locked my stuff in there and wouldn’t unlock I should’ve listened to the other reviews but now I am on the hook for $50 and I lost the item that’s stuck in there and if I wanna get my money back, I’m gonna have to return it with my item stuck in there then. Listen to the other reviews don’t make the mistake. I made even if you have addictions there’s better ways you’ll just be $50 short and still have your addictions
