The quality is great for the price. I've used it quite a few times since it arrived with no problems. It rolls pasta dough smooth and cuts well. The only issue I have is with the counter clamp. It sucks. It doesn't fit for thicker counters and the design makes the machine wobble. I've had to McGyver one of my husband's tool clamps just to get it to stay. If it had a better clamp I'd rate it 6 stars.

After taking a pasta making class, my daughter and I purchased this to make her own pasta at home. It works amazing. You can make spaghetti linguine lasagna sheets with ease.

Everyone of my daughters got one of these for Christmas this year. I’ve made homemade lasagna noodles and spaghetti. Nothing tastes better than fresh pasta.

Do not buy this pasta machine. The parts do not fit so it is unusable. The arm that should fit into the main body of the machine to roll the dough does not fit. It’s not even a tight fit, it does not go into the hole at all. It did fit the attachment but you can’t make the fettuccine without being able to roll the dough. The whole thing seemed flimsy and cheap. I find it hard to believe it was actually made in Italy. If I could give zero stars I would.

I usually don't write reviews but this is a great buy, all stainless,works smoothly was able to roll out a 5 ft. Sheet of pasta with just a quarter portion of one dough batch. Made 80 ravioli and 3# of pasta in just 3 hrs. Total including dough kneeding and resting. Great product.

Pros: easy to use and assemble, 7 thickness settings for rolling pasta, inexpensiveCons: doesn't clamp well on a counter and a bit unstable on my 1.3 inch thick counter top, also because it is fairly light and not bottom-heavy. Black metal dust accumulates at the edges of the roller and need to clean otherwise gets on the pasta. Only 2 pasta cutting settings 2 and 4.5mm widths.

First, I received a completely different product than the one I ordered. Only now am I seeing that this is a common problem that users have faced.Next, the machine is so rusted, at numerous places that my hands now reek of that smell.And it is very poor quality. The handle doesn't fix onto it steadily, keeps falling.Overall I am very dissatisfied. I do not recommend ordering this product.
