I was excited to get this even though when I first used it I did not understand how to use it because the instructions don't tell you how to use it properly. If it wasn't for the other reviews I wouldn't know how to get the best use of it this machine. The metal part that is inside, apparently the towel is supposed to go around it so that the heat can evenly distribute in the barrel of the machine. It took me several uses in order to attempt to get this to work the way that I think is is supposed to but then I'm not entirely sure the product itself is meeting my expectations. The machine has several different time and temperature settings in order for it to heat and warm up the towel. Although, when those settings are activated, I usually activated the machine to operate at the highest temperature for about 30 minutes. It was my expectation that the towel will get warm similar to how it will be warm when you take it out of the dryer. But even with my temperature set on 149° F and for over an hour, mine never got to that warmth level and it was basically a waste of energy for my electric bill that I could have just put the towel in the dryer and grab it when I hopped out of the shower for the effect that I was expecting.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and plan to buy another one for myself! Throw your towels and robe in there while you shower and then wrap yourself in warmth! She loves to put her blanket in there before she goes to bed. There's nothing better than resting with your favorite warm blanket. The product is compact and easy to use.

Description says, it takes 4 folded towels. This point is not clear!!!! Unless, hand towels is being referred to. Additionally, it takes too long to warm the towels.

But this is a gift they were afraid to use it as they opened the top to put in a towel they could see some wiring or coils I guess it's the heating element they were afraid they would be electrocuted and so they never used it and I returned it I would not recommend this product

This is my first towel warmer so maybe I had unrealistic expectations but overall I like it as a way to make your everyday shower feel more luxurious. When I originally ordered this, I hoped we would be able to stack maybe 4 towels inside and use it as a kind of clean towel storage that you could turn on when you get in the shower and have a warm towel when you get out.Unfortunately, we use pretty big towels which are maybe a little smaller than a bath sheet, and in my experience I can only comfortably fit about 2 of them inside the towel warmer (while it's extended). Of course I only need 1 towel when I get in but it does require you to remember to put a towel inside every time you get in the shower before you turn it on.

Maybe I’m just used to how hot my towel gets when I throw it in the dryer, but the most this towel warmer does is get your towel faintly warm and the warmth leaves within 10 seconds. Oh well
