I love this Towel warmer. I also love that it can fit a small blanket in it too. My Elderly Mom loves it . I warm up her blankets and towels for her . It really help to calm her. She has Alzheimer's and Dementia. She sometimes has Anxiety problems. When I put the warm blanket on her . She has a smile on her face . It works well . Also easy to ues. Plus it has different scenes for smells for the the blankets and towels . You can ues them if u want

It's big enough for up to 2 towels and keeps them nice and warm ready for after a shower. Usually I absolutely dread getting out of the shower and feeling the cold air hit my skin,but not anymore this is a absolute life saver!! *****JUNK....READ THIS REVIEW FIRST******IT WILL WORK GREAT FOR A LITTLE OVER ONE MONTH.THEN IT WILL JUST SIMPLY DIE. MINE ARRIVED ON JANUARY 3RD AND MET JESUS SOMTIME IN THE NIGHT BETWEEN FEBRUARY 26TH AND 27TH.CONVIENTLY ONLY A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THE RETURN WINDOW.HAD I BOUGHT FROM A RETAIL STORE I WOULD STILL BE ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THIS POS!

Does a great job warming towels quickly and thoroughly. Also works quickly enough to warm socks, a robe, or other clothing items during the winter to take the edge off while getting ready to get face the cold.

The product quit working five days after the return window closed. Received on January 12, return window expired on February 10, quit working February 15. Do not recommend this item at all

I had a problem with the unit but the supplier provided a replacement even after the return window had closed. I really liked the product and never hesitated when offered a replacement unit. Vendor is top notch.

Bought to replace the old towel warmer and we love it. Has 3 different heating time choices with longest being a full 60minutes so great for a nice long soak and the drum is so much larger, great for 2 big towels or PJ’s or even warming a bigger blanket! So far so good!

Bought it in October for Christmas present. Worked from December until today(Feb 7). Just stopped turning on. Do not recommend.Update: changing my review to 3 stars, since the company was very efficient and helpful with refund and return. I got a new product, if this one works for more than 2 months I'll update the review.
