  • The 3/16"*6" rotary hammer drill bits reduces stress and helps the bit run cooler, and for fast dust removal
  • The concrete drill bits are tipped with durable tungsten carbide and with carbon steel body. They are harder, tougher and more resistant and durable to extreme loads for longer tool life and faster performance in masonry
  • Each drill bit features a u-shaped flute to achieve quick dirt removal and keep the drill bit running smoothly and cooler. For concrete removal, hard surface break up and chiseling
  • Rotating hammer drills can generate stronger impact force, enabling effective and precise drilling of holes in concrete, stones, and all types of masonry, for setting concrete anchors and self tapping screws and other fasteners
  • They are suitable for most rotary hammer drills on the market, meeting most of your needs. And they are paired with an electric hammer drill bit, which can drill holes, cut, and chisel grooves in concrete, bricks, walls, and other parts

I have only used one bit so far but, it worked really well. Considering the fact that you get ten for such a low price, is amazing. I used a tool to help drill the holes straight and the length of the bit worked fine with it. It looks like I will be able to complete my project with just this one set of bits and even if I did need more, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another set of these.Overall - Good price and great quality

These are solid and well-constructed. I am surprised at how many come with an order. I do guess it makes sense as these sometimes can wear or even break when it comes to drilling in concrete. I was using it for drilling into cinder block walls in the yard, and it worked like a charm. Great value!

I didn't realize there would be an issue with the sds shank. My hammer drill just has a regular chuck so it definitely was a problem, being slightly off center, but nothing my cheap HF angle grinder couldn't take care of. Just cut off the sds portion of the shank and put it to work. Drilled about 4" deep in a landscape block with ease.

These bits fit exactly as you'd expect: tight tolerances into the SDS Plus chuck. Easy to slide in, easy to remove.I didn't do any serious drilling--only into cinder blocks for a few plastic anchors for a set of solar lights. But these bits made it too easy and fast. I've used a regular hammer drill for something similar but these made it too easy. It probably was overkill for what I was doing but I'd do it again. Work smarter, not harder. The quantity came in a nice plastic, bulk storage container. Perfect for keeping in my SDS drill bag. Some of the drill bit tips looked a bit messy in the manufacturing. So that's one of the bits I used and it didn't seem to make a difference that the tip didn't look as nice as the others.I drilled a total of 16 holes and the last one was just as easy to drill as the first one. I've had masonry bits fail after a couple holes into concreted cinder blocks so this was nice. When those tips fail and end up separate in the hole, it's the worst. That didn't happen and I was very happy with how smooth this small project went.Very nice masonry bits.

Purpose for Product: Drilling 1/2" diameter 8" deep holes for anchor bolts in concrete.Product Inspection: Five 12" by 1/2" diameter steel masonry drill bits. Uniform in manufacturing and straight. Typical industry masonry style point. Advertising indicates they are made for drilling cement, masonry and brick.Product Performance: Test drilled a 2.25" thick brick- bit performed reasonably well time wise with moderate pressure and made a really fine dust. Hole was clean, see photo. No wobble in shaft. Test drilled concrete and as soon as bit hit aggregate it just stopped drilling. Tried two more of the bits with same results, nothing, just would not drill thru aggregate. Double checked to make sure wasn't hitting rebar. Used another bit I have, and it drilled through the aggregate without difficulties.Summary: Maybe I did not understand that when the seller stated "cement" that is what they really meant, NOT Concrete with aggregate in it. The bit drilled the brick with ease so that might have been a clue. The bit did penetrate the "cement" until it hit the aggregate, so technically it is correct. I just don't like having to read between the lines.

I need to drill several holes thru a concrete block wall. These bits are long enough to go thru the 8" blocks. I will drill thru the mortar joints where possible, but some holes will need to go thru block that has pored concrete in the cores. It will be quite a job. I hope these bits hold up for many holes.

I got the 3/4" x 12” size. This is a good size for running coax or Ethernet. They come in a pack of five in that size. These look well made in person. Keep in mind that they have the SDS PLUS shank and not the SDS MAX shank. Make sure you order the correct type for your drill.

I didn’t realize when I got these that they were all one size, 3/16x6”. I thought this was a set of a variety of sizes, not a set of just the one. Which is great if you are doing the same projects all the time for a living, but for me, if I need to use a bolt size, these wouldn’t work. Handy to have ten, but it will take some time to get through all of them.
