This drill bit set is well-made and works effectively on brick for me. The 12-inch length is useful for drilling deeper holes, but a bit uncomfortable if you have tight space, and the 1/2-inch diameter fits standard concrete anchors well. I like the carbide-tipped construction, it adds durability, and the square flute design helps clear dust while drilling. It performs smoothly without clogging. The bits hold up well after multiple holes, I have made about 10. Nice drill bit for home needs.

These did the job, what else can I say. Good drill bits. No wobble. We needed these so we could drill some holes into a section of a cheap concrete sidewalk which has broken and sunk (and someone patched it at the crack so that it no longer drains at there bow). So now the sunken part collects water and becomes a pond or a skate park. I forgot to ask him if he was able to drill all the way through the sidewalk and the rocks in it, or whether the quarts pebbles stopped him partway through. I will update this review when I find out after he is back in town. At any rate any depth of hole will help it drain, we just might need more holes.I am not sure if my husband drilled enough holes to adequately drain all the water off, we’ll find out next time it rains after the snow storms quit coming. He said it took longer to drill each hole than he wanted it to (especially in the cold) but he said that was because our drill doesn’t go very fast. We need a better drill!

I've bee using these to drill some guide holes for a larger 40 mm bit so that I can put some drain pipe through a grouted block wall. They work really well and have no problems getting through the 8 to 10 inches of wall. I've also had to go through some of the concrete supports as well and they took a bit longer to get through compared to the cinder block walls, but that was to be expected for structural concrete. They still made it through with no issues.

These are probably not top tier SDS bits and for the price, I don't think I expected that. In my limited use thus far, they do fit the chuck properly and drilled through a cinder block rather easily. At the current price level (16.98), I think they'll serve the DIY person well. If they were going to be used in a more demanding manner or daily, I'd probably spend more.

These fit SDS plus drills and work reasonably well at drilling holes in concrete,masonry/brick and are holding up well

I needed to put up a new gate post and drill into old concrete to set the base. This bit worked perfectly and drilled through the concrete easily with no problems. While drilling the bit design pulled all of the material up and there was no clogging or binding. Big box store brand name drill bits are nearly twice the price so this is a good value especially for two bits. The tips didn't appear to have any wear after drilling 4 holes.
