This salt generator performs exactly how it is supposed to. Easy to install. Pool chlorine levels are always at the proper level. Most importantly, the seller backs up this product with a three year warranty. If you need product support or service, contact the seller through the Amazon emailing system. They will reply to your email and quickly settle your issue. Note: check your pool salt levels at your pool chemical supply store and then use that number to reset your Hayward Aqua Rite.

Salt Cell arrived yesterday, 2/28/2025. Plastic cap covering wires on cell was dislodged from cell. Label on Salt Cell states, "Warranty Void of Ser. # is removed." No Ser # on label or Salt Cell! Two "O" rings included but to small and won't give propper seal. A plastic wand-like tool included but no explanation what it is for. NO manufacturer listed on unit or POC information other than Made in China. Product NOT as depicted on Amazon. Will return and order Hayward Salt Cell.

Our Hayward T15 Cell lasted 8 years and finally quit working. This replacement cell was a simple plug and play and is reading correctly. Hopefully it will last as long as the original cell.

Bought this cell because it came with a 3 year warrantee & I could replace it if it stopped working. Well it forked for about 2 weeks and then stopped. It initially read a little lower than the actual tested salt level but 90% accurate. But after 2 weeks it won't read any higher then 2,000 and the water tests at 3,600. So, it's not producing and algae is building up now. Now, I'm trying to contact the supplier for corrective action, but I have to buy another to keep my pool running in the mean time. Don't waste your $$ on this one. Amazon should drop this scam supplier.

Reads 4200ppm but pool is actually 3100. Does not seem to be producing much chlorine. Running at 100% and only see trace amount of chlorine.
