I used these sponges for sanding drywall mud. They worked great. They lasted longer than expected and I only used 3 out of the eight. Beats sandpaper, hands down.

I expect some debris from sanding but the grit pours off of these. I'm just glad I'm using for small project of dulling metal edges.

Used these sanding pads from Home Depot for years. Found them on Amazon. It wasn't until I read the description that I saw that you could rinse them out and keep going.
