Perfect, secure fit for my round toilet bowl and I even installed a bidet with the toilet seat. There is no movement of the seat which is common to other seats, in fact the manufacturer guarantees there will be no movement. It’s beautiful (ordered the black marble design) and worth every penny!

I found removing my very old Mansfield toilet seat a bit tough but installing this new one was pretty easy just had to figure out the right adjustment for my seat. Once I did it was simple. And the result is fantastic so beautiful and love the soft close. Also made this old toilet look new! It seems sturdy and like it might last a while. This beats using cloth covers that get lint everywhere and have to be machine washed. This can be cleaned with just simple disinfectant cleaner and cloth, paper towels, etc, whatever you use. Lovely designs too!!

This is a beautiful seat. Erika loves it. It would've gotten 5 stars but it honestly looks like it should've been rejected by the factory's QA department for the very noticeably crooked hardware. Nevertheless, it fit well, 100% functional, and looks great. Even with a simple flaw, it was well worth the money spent. I would definitely buy it again if I needed to.

I ordered this in 2021. For a variety of reasons it wasn't actually installed until November of 2024. In roughly 3 short months - it has died. Before you wonder what sort of abuse it was subjected to, because toilet seats aren't known for just breaking - this is not a household full of rowdy teenagers. This is my 70+ aunt's home.The color is nice. And it really suits her style. We were surprised that it's more like a photograph of wood wrapping the seat.Installation was more difficult than I have experienced before - it is far from straightforward as a toilet seat typically is installed.The construction leaves a great deal to be desired. Not only is it pressboard, it's really cheap pressboard. You can see in the picture where the screws tore out of the lid. Again - this is in normal regular use, in a single older person's home. Who knows how quick it might fail in a busier house.It's been so long since I bought it it's clearly out of warranty, but I wouldn't accept another product from this company in any case.

2017-NOV-28 - Followup review.Okay. The design is BEAUTIFUL. The HINGES are STRONG and STURDY and PRETTY. The SLOW CLOSE feature is awesome! The mounting method is well thought out and well designed. BUT... The HOLE in the seat is TOO SMALL. I compared it to the hole on my old seat, then; on another seat at Walmart. The RIM is an entire inch WIDER all around, and; that extra width in INWARD toward the bowl. The outer rim is the same as my old seat. The PROBLEM is, this makes the HOLE so small... That you cannot get your "self" inside when sitting on it. For a MAN, this means your JUNK won't comfortably FIT inside when sitting on it. For a WOMAN it means she must, literally, GET UP in order to properly WIPE herself afterward. Alas, for ME, this is a show stopper. And I had to revert back to our original seat. If this is ever RE-DESIGNED to keep the HOLE size "American Standard", I will re-buy one. But as it is NOW - I cannot use this one. Sigh.Honestly, I don't know if people like to discuss such things... That said, it is likely quite uncommon for people to put a lot of effort into DECORATING their bathroom. I live in an OLD home, with a very TINY bathroom. It's not a problem, as I live alone. But, I didn't like the dreary and ugly look of my bath, so; I spent many months giving it a face lift. As a FINAL thought, I decided to try this toilet seat. I am very GLAD that I did. It is "interesting". And it adds to the changes nicely. I am uploading a photo comparison for those who may desire to see the change. Though, honestly, the bathroom itself is not me trying to "show off" in anyway. The emphasis here, is the seat. And, for me, a "Slow Close" toilet seat is a new thing. I like how it works. It will be interesting to see if that feature WORKS over time - or wears out. I like the quality of the seat. It is STURDY and it has very nice hinges, well thought out too. I think anyone would like one from this company if they are of a mind to.

Just over a month and it is already coming apart. It looks so beautiful when it first came in.Not sure if the material is not suitable for hot countries
