Troubleshooting
If the printer firmware or driver is upgraded, a prompt may appear as follow:
- The printer panel will display "Non-Sawgrass Ink" alternately, please Press the "#" key on the panel;
- Then the printer panel appears "Continue?" alternately, please press the “ # ” key one more time;
- Then the printer will show the " Ready" state, At this time, the chip capacity of the ink cartridge will be empty, and the red indicator light on the panel will flash, which will not affect the normal use (if the ink is used up, the printer will prompt to replace the ink cartridge), and the printer can print normally.

Was a bit concerned my Sawgrass SG400 may reject or have issues with these non OEM cartridges but that was not the case. So far I have replaced the magenta (cyan is next) and it had NO issues whatsoever. Ink levels show full and the quality prints are no different than the $70 ink cartridges from Sawgrass (sharp colorful prints). I still need to clean the heads from time to time but this was no change from the OEM cartridges. As long as my printer will take them with no issues I will keep purchasing them. HUGE savings compared to the OEM cartridge's and with the skyrocketing prices on everything from Band-Aids to car parts it is nice to know I can still afford some ink!

I purchased this product because of the good reviews. I'm guessing the reviews were left based on ship time and ease of install because the ink FADES almost entirely after washing. I was hoping that this was an affordable dupe, but it's a bust. I wasted my money.

Great alternative to sawgrass ink. Just be careful if you updated to the newest manager software. Your printer will not use the ink if you have. Great ink for subpar printer brand

lo acepta bien la impresora, pero o trae muy poco contenido de tinta y se agota de inmediato, dura mucho menos que un original, o la impresora lo detecta como que no tiene y manda mensaje de cambiarlo.
