I was confused at first because in the past purchases the plastic needle case itself stated that they were jersey ball point needles. However, this time the needle case itself only says Jersey 12 point needles. It now only says ball point on the attached cardboard the case is glued to so you have to double check to make sure that if you want ball point needles it is printed somewhere on the package.

I needed this type of sewing machine needle and for me to drive five miles to go to the fabric store, where I would no doubt find something I didn't know I needed, then drive home again, would cost way more than just ordering them on Amazon. They came very quickly.
