These sewing needles work great for sewing through fabrics that have something sticky on them, like sequins. They are very sharp and strong.

I love these for my appliqué projects that I want to sew on my sewing machine. The glue doesn’t stick to the needle!They are sharp and great quality and value for the money. I also used them for no-sew Velcro. The project was small and had no problems getting the needle through them. Again the needle did not get sticky or gummy.Will buy again for sure!Highly recommend!!

It's not gumming up nearly as much as other needles. I like them.

I only had a few stitches to do to finish a purse. This was for the Velcro fasteners. Like I said, there was a little glue residue left on the needle, but overall I think it did a good job pushing through the glue. If anything, it put my mind at ease about sewing through gunk on a hard-working sewing machine.

When this purchase arrived I thought the wrong needles had been despatched in error, however the packaging has since changed and the packaging simply says Super Universal Needles. The Ironing Press Company quickly responded and let me know that these were in fact the needles I required.
