What is not to LOVE about Schmetz needles? Amazon shipping is AMAZING!The photo of this product is however, deceptive - it shows 5 packages of needles. The description clearly says 3. But honestly, we mostly order from photos, right?But even so, it is a good price for the needles.

Only needle brand I use on my machine. These needles easily pierce through dense cotton batting when quilting. Worked just as I'd hoped.

I did a deep dive to learn about the right needle for machine quilting and found these. The package actually has the word “quilting†- not “universal†or “top-stitching†or any number of other confusing descriptives that are sometimes used. These needles are superb and deliver a beautiful stitch. I use the size 11 for sewing fabrics together and the 14 for sewing the sandwiched layers. Highly recommend.

I love Schmetz needles, but this seller has a picture of 5 packs of needles, whereas, the quantity you receive is actually 3 packs (which is stated in description. Nonetheless, it is deceiving to see a picture of 5 packs.Recommend they change picture to 3 packs.

For standard use. It is always a good idea to have extra needles in the stash. Different fabrics require different size needles and must be switched out on a regular basis to insure a good results.

I bought these for my wife. She tried them out and said that they performed perfectly. She had Organ sewing needles and they seemed to break left-right-and centre. This is not the case with the Schmetz. Highly recommended!
