Was looking for a good protective cover, and right out of the box and after slipping it on, this is a great cover. To be clear for those of you wondering out there, this is not a combat style cover, this thing is fairly purpose built for storage and transport protection (I.e. going to the range/training or competition environment). The rear tab is large enough to punch a hole and put some cord through (such as another reviewer posted) however the cover is a soft neoprene rubber, and will most likely tear if it's left dangling on your firearm to get snagged, not only that, it's the same size of the optic, so why would you want that bouncing around if your in a "real world" scenario.But if your like me and have an XPS2 or 3 that you dropped some hard earned coin on, and wanna keep it safe while it sits in your dungeon cell until you take it out to enjoy a little freedom outside, then don't hesitate, it fits, and it's worth the small amount of $$ you'll spend.

I was weary of the fit of this product, but upon delivery, I opened to find a well thought out postcard type message from the company. I put the product on my EOTech XPS 3-2 and it was a perfect fit, not to tight not to lose, very secure and looked to keep an dust or debris off the lens as it was intended to do. I would purchase products from this company again for similar type situations.Well Done!
