After I bought a medium Scopion Evo Covert FX helmet (full face), the cheek pads which came with it were making my face throb after even short use. I contacted Scorpion Customer Service, and they recommended getting large pads (same shell size but thinner cheekpads). I ordered them on Amazon and what I got was a mess. The plastic ridge which is supposed to fit between the padding and the bottom helmet edge was flipped inside out and just wouldn't work. I tried flattening it for several hours and it was a tiny bit better but the three snaps inside each cheekpad just would NOT FIT into the holes on the helmet. I tried this for hours and no go. I managed to get two of the snaps in for each one, tried on the helmet and it felt awful. Not a happy customer.
